On My Way

Bettie (Catherine Deneuve), an icy ex-beauty queen in her sixties running a near-broke family bistro in small-town Brittany. When her married lover gets a divorce only to jilt her for yet another, younger woman, she drives off and begins a five-day odyssey. Through random encounters with a bizarre old man, a bearded boy toy, her wisecracking 11-year-old grandson (Nemo Schiffman) and eventually his paternal grandfather, she gradually lets her guard down and reaches out.
